- We have to drill down and factor out how much time we will spend on this route and what is along the way in Brunswick, Rockland, Belfast, Ellsworth and into Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.
Acadia National Park:
We will pick up a USA National Parks Pass for $80USD that is good to get both of us into all National Parks or any site looked after by BLM. We will spend two full days in Arcadia N.P. and we will get a camping spot if we can. Sites go on sale 60 days prior, so we will have to create a reminder so we can book it. If not, then we will have to find somewhere outside the park to camp. We can try and hike to catch the sunrise at this park, which many people hike in the dark to do.
Also… do we take off to Nova Scotia? We could drive or take the Ferry from Bar Harbor?
Return Trip on the CAT to Nova Scotia and back is $900USD for a return ticket FYI.
